The city manager and Google’s team use the console. Field agents use the app on their phone.

How it works

  1. First visit at the shop, with GPS and a photo: onboard now, follow-up needed, or not interested.
  2. Follow-up meetings until the owner says yes or no.
  3. Onboarding: the merchant ID and the plan, ₹5,000, ₹10,000 or ₹15,000.
  4. Netambit’s CPV visit, and Google’s confirmation of the first top-up.
  5. A visit within 48 hours, then every 15 days for 90 days, with each recharge and the ads going live recorded as Google confirms them.
